Impact
A selection of the delegations, programs, and community projects I've built or led, each documented and verifiable.
Diplomacy & delegations
As founder and local lead, I've designed and hosted two Oxford Diplomatic Society delegations to Nepal (2025 & 2026) and represented Nepal on delegations abroad, opening doors from government ministries to rural communities.
Served as local lead for the Society's inaugural delegation, bringing Oxford and Cambridge students and alumni to meet ministers, the EU and British ambassadors, the UN, and rural communities, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the ODS and IRD.

Led a follow-up of 15 delegates from Oxford, LSE, Princeton, Dartmouth, Harvard, Kenyon, and Greenwich across 27 engagements in ten days, in partnership with the Britain Nepal Society, from the US, German, and British embassies to policy dialogues at PRI and IIDS and a dawn trek to Kalinchowk.

Represented Nepal on a UK–MENA Network and Oxford Diplomatic Society delegation to Oman, engaging the Foreign Ministry, Sultan Qaboos University, and Oman Vision 2040 institutions.

As a Youth Engagement Coordinator at the Office of the Prime Minister, I convened and moderated a series of Youth Policy Dialogues, bringing young economists, IT students, and professionals in tourism and international relations face to face with senior leadership, including the Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister.

Developed and documented a heritage trekking trail with Panchakanya Rural Municipality, mapping seven cultural and ecological sites from the Tadi to the Likhu river to support sustainable and spiritual tourism.
An IRD program under the APT Young Professionals and Students Programme, in partnership with Nepal's Ministry of Information and Communication, teaching rural women farmers in Nuwakot to use social media to sell produce directly and cut out the middlemen.
Led an IRD project, with Hong Kong's Peak Potential, to build a community sports court in Simara, Panchakanya, a cross-border collaboration recognized as a model of youth-led international partnership.
Curated a published photo-and-story panorama of the Nepal delegation, produced in association with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
New delegations, programs, and partnerships are always in the works. If you'd like to collaborate, let's talk.
